Ordering personalized stationery should feel exciting, not stressful. We've made the process as simple and clear as possible — so you can go from "I need the perfect gift" to holding it in your hands without any guesswork.

From Your Order to Your Door — Step by Step

Step 1: You Choose Your Design

Browse our collections and pick the style that feels right — whether that's a classic "A Note From" notepad, a monogram notecard set, or something fully custom. Add your name, initials, or monogram at checkout. Not sure what to order? Our custom request form lets you describe exactly what you're imagining.

Step 2: We Design It, Just for You

Once your order is placed, our design team gets to work. Within 1–3 business days, you'll receive an email with a digital proof — a preview of exactly what your piece will look like before we print a single sheet. Two rounds of revisions are included at no extra cost.

Step 3: You Approve, We Print

Once you love what you see, give us the go-ahead. Our production team will print, cut, and package your order with care. Most orders are shipped within 2–5 business days of approval.

Step 4: It Arrives at Your Door

Standard shipping is free across Canada on orders $35 and up. Shipping to the US is $15 CAD. If you need your order in a hurry, express shipping options are available — just reach out before you order and we'll figure it out together.

Good to Know Before You Order

Two rounds of design revisions are included free of charge. Additional rounds are available at $25/round.

Production time is typically 3–5 business days after design approval. Bulk orders may take up to 5 business days.

Rush orders are available on request — contact us before placing your order.
