Return & Order Policy

Because each of our items is made to order and thoughtfully personalized, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind or incorrect orders. Every piece is created with care and crafted specifically for you, which means it cannot be resold or repurposed.

Personalization Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring the spelling and details of any personalization are correct. Once you approve your proof, that is exactly what we use to create your item. Please double-check carefully before signing off.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email a clear photo of the product and the shipping package to orders@orchardsunday.com within 3 business days of receiving it. Once we confirm the damage, we will issue a store credit for the value of the item so you can select a replacement or another product.
