Production & Shipping

  • Once we receive your order, it enters our queue and our design team mocks up your design.
  • Within 1-3 days, you'll receive an email from one of our designers asking you to review your design.
  • 2 rounds of design are included for free. If you require additional changes, we are happy to continue making them at an extra cost of $25/round.
  • After you approve your design, our production team gets to work printing, cutting, and shipping your order out within 2-5 days.
  • Free standard shipping is available on orders over $35 in Canada, and $15 CAD for orders to the US. Express shipping options are also available.
  • If you'd like us to rush your order, please contact us and we'll work on options to meet your timeline.
