Orders are prepared in 3–5 business days, then shipped using the method selected at checkout. Personalized and custom items are final sale, so please check all details carefully before ordering. If something arrives damaged, contact us within 3 business days with a photo and we’ll make it right.

Double-check spelling, dates and the order of names before confirming — each piece is made just for you and can’t be edited once printing begins. Initials and short names tend to work best for monogram styles.
